Men at Work in Water
Four brown rains from the basin above provide a flood, with plain results indicating an average irrigation to downstream users would drown the men who labored there. Providing this flood and indicative results were accurate in deference and intensity, it would drown the men who labored there without concern for range or district. If accurate in deference and intent an average flood would be unbound without concern for range or district— irrigation found useless without restraint. An average flood would be unbound against control sites now provided; irrigation useless now without restraint— a danger to the lives of laboring men. Against control sites now provided the resulting loss surveys above norm— a danger to the lives of laboring men. The flood ranger visits the basin above where resulting loss surveys above the norm —although, sedimentation remains normal. The flood ranger queries the laboring men, abject consternation clouding their eyes. Sedimentation remains normal even though four brown rains fall on the basin above. Abject consternation clouding their eyes, an average irrigation to downstream users. back | ToC | next
